PTT Appointed Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron as the Next President & CEO
According to the Board of PTT, the company had appointed Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron as President & CEO after Mr. Tevin Vongvanich’s expiration of the Employment Agreement in 31 Aug.
PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) informed the shareholders through SET that the director office of Mr. Tevin Vongvanich,President & CEO, is vacant due to the expiration of the Employment Agreement. The Board of PTT has resolved to appoint Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron as President & CEO, a Director, the secretary to the Board and the authorized director in replacement of Mr. Tevin Vongvanich. The vacancy and replacement will be effective from August 31,2018.
