The Administrative Court saves DTAC by issuing a temporary protection to December 15, 2018.
According to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) do not allow DTAC to use remedial measurement to protect its subscribers after the concession ends, today (September 14, 2018) The Administrative Court has issued a subscribers protection for DTAC until December 15, 2018 unless any further announcement from the court has been issued.
Thus, DTAC’s 2G sim card subscribers will not encounter an “out of service” signal on September 16.
