BGRIM Establishes B.Grimm Power (Malaysia) to Support Business Opportunities
BGRIM will Establish a new subsidiary in Malaysia to support the development of business opportunities of BGRIM in Malaysia.
The Board of Directors of B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has approved the establishment of a new subsidiary, B.Grimm Power (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., in Malaysia in order to support the development of business opportunities of BGRIM in Malaysia, whose Government’s policy has been encouraging and supportive of the energy business.
BGRIM has registered 1 million ringgit of capital to establish B.Grimm Power (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., while BGRIM will hold 100% stake.
BGRIM has appointed 5 directors to administrate B.Grimm Power (Malaysia).
