According to the reporter, a 41-year-old individual at Lampoon Province has ripped a ballot at the polling station. The investigation revealed that the man, who ripped the ballot, was intoxicated and felt irritated as he could not see the number of political party in the ballot clearly.

The punishment for ripping or damaging the ballot is a not exceeding 100,000 baht fine, 5 years jail and revoking the right to vote for 10 years.
