Stocks in Focus on 19 August 2019: AOT and BGRIM
Kaohoon Online has selected two stocks with a potential of high growth for investors to consider on August 19, 2019.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) recommended “BUY” Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) with IAA Consensus target price of ฿81.00/share. KSS stated that the latest stimulus measure to boost tourism – possibly visa fee waiver for Chinese and Indian tourists that would lift tourist arrivals and benefit AOT directly. The number of Chinese tourists passing through AOT’s airports started to register positive growth again in July, increasing 4.3%, the first growth in six months.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) recommended “BUY” B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) with IAA Consensus target price of ฿37.60/share. The 3Q2019 and 4Q2019 earnings of BGRIM will continue to grow led by a full quarter contribution from new power plants which commenced operations in the past year and in 1H19. There is also positive sentiment towards the stock on expectations the FTSE would increase the stock’s weighting in the index (announcement due on Sep 23).
