JWD Invests ฿175Mn to Strengthen Transportation Business by Taking Over “VNS Transport”
JWD invested 175 million baht to take over VNS Transport to strengthen its transportation business.
JWD Infologistics Public Company Limited (JWD) announced that on April 27, 2021, JWD Transport (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (JTS), the company’s subsidiary, entered into the share sale and purchase agreement to acquire all of the ordinary shares in VNS Transport Co., Ltd. (VNS) with a total investment of THB 175,000,000, expecting the acquisition to support JWD’s transport business.
VNS operates a transport business with a registered capital of THB 5,000,000, divided into 50,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share.
