PTTGC Completes Share Resale Program for Financial Management Purpose
PTTGC ends the Share Resale Program for financial management purposes, with the total amount received was over 1.3 billion baht
PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) on September 27, 2021 announced the end of the Share Resale program for financial management purposes. Presently, the company resold shares of 22,300,000 shares or 0.495% of the total issued shares. The total amount received was THB 1,353,929,175.00.
Referring to the notification of the share resale program for financial management purpose, the share resale program is to be resold on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and number of the shares to be resold is 22,300,000 shares or approximately 0.495% of the total issued shares.
The resale period is from June 7, 2021 to December 9, 2022. The information of the share resale program was previously disclosed in Share Resale Disclosure Form (Form TS-7) dated May 24, 2021.
