12 Thai and foreign institutions provide Gulf Energy Development (GULF) with 174 billion baht of financial funds to tender INTUCH. GULF aims to make a Tender Offer for INTUCH at an offering price of 65 baht between June 29-August 4, 2021, as well as making a Tender Offer for ADVANC at an offering price of 120.93 baht between June 29-August 13, 2021.

Asia Plus Securities (ASPS) forecast stocks in the plastic packaging (SCGP, TPLAS and EPG), hospital (BCH, CHG and BDMS) and game (AS) sectors to benefit from new Covid-19 restriction measures in 10 provinces starting June 28, 2021.

By 3Q21, the company targets to administer 50,000-100,000 vaccine doses, claiming its capability of 10,000 shots per day. As a result, IMH projects total income to reach 600 million baht in 2021.

Global Green Chemicals (GGC) revealed that Nature Works plans to invest in PLA’s bioplastics plant, which will be built as part of the Nakhon Sawan Biocomplex Phase 2 project. The PLA bioplastics factory will have an installed capacity of 75,000 tonnes per year. Mr. Piroj Samutthananont, the company’s Managing Director, anticipates a positive result in the second half of this year as oil demand recovers.
