PTTGC Advances Its Polymer Business in Myanmar with a New Subsidiary Establishment
To support its trading business in Myanmar, PTTGC has invested ฿163 million to establish a new subsidiary in Myanmar.
PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) has established a new subsidiary, Polymer Marketing Myanmar Company Limited (PM Myanmar), through its subsidiary, PTT Polymer Marketing Company Limited (PTTPM), which holds 100% stake in the new establishment. The Registered capital of the establishing company is $ 5 million, approximately ฿163 million.
The new establishment is in line with the new acquisition of required certificates and license for business operation in Myanmar for PM Myanmar. PTTPM has completed the company registration for PM Myanmar on August 17, 2018 and process for the capital paid-up on December 18, 2018 with the amount of $2.5 million, the remaining will call according to ti funding plan.
PM Myanmar has been established to support the trading business on import and export, to do selling activities and distribution of Polymers products in Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
