IRPC Appoints “Noppadol” as President, Director and Member of Risk Management Committee
The Board of Directors have appointed Noppadol Pinsupa as IRPC’s president, director, secretary to the board of directors, and a member of the risk management committee.
IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) has announced that the board of directors meeting number 1/2019, held on January 15, 2019, passed a resolution to appoint president, director, secretary to the board of directors and member of the subcommittee in replacement of Mr. Sukrit Surabotsopon who is resigning from his positions. The appointments will be effective from February 1, 2019 onwards.
Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa has been appointed as IRPC’s president, director, secretary to the board of directors, and a member of the risk management committee.
Therefore, the risk management committee members will be as follows:
- Mr. Nattachat Charuchinda as Chairman
- Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron as Member of the Committee
- Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas as Member of the Committee
- Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa as Member of the Committee
