CHOW Commences the Feeding of 7MW “Aomori Solar” in Japan, Strengthening 2019 Revenue!

Chow Steel Industries Public Company Limited (CHOW) has announced that Aomori solar power projects, which is an investment through an indirect subsidiary, commenced its commercial operation to supply electricity to Utility of Japan on September 30, 2019.

Aomori solar power plant project located in Aomori Prefecture, Japan has an installed capital of 7.21 MW and sells electricity to Tohoku Electric Power Company under a 20 years power purchase agreement (PPA).

CHOW currently holds interest in seven solar projects in Japan with total generation installed capacity of 60.50 MW and Project Rooftop in Thailand with total generation capacity of 6.62 MW, totaling 67.12 MW.
