BAM Jumps 5% at the Open to ฿18.40 on the First Trading Day.


Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) debuts its first trading day in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in Finance & Securities sector with a jump from its IPO price at ฿17.50/share to ฿18.40/share, increased ฿0.90/share or 5.14% with a trading value of 1,732 million baht.

BAM allocates 1,255 million existing shares, 280 million newly issued shares and 230 million over-allotment shares, totaling of 1,765 million shares. The company offered an initial public offering (IPO) at the price of ฿17.50/share on 25 November to 6 December with a par value of ฿5.00/share.

The company is specialized in the management of non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs) while being the biggest asset management in Thailand with an experience in the field for over 20 years.
