SPA’s 2019 Net Profit Boosts by 19% to ฿245mn, Offering a Cash Dividend at ฿0.155

Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

SPA reported a total revenue of 1,449.64 million baht, an increase of 297.15 million baht or 25.78% from the same period last year. The net profit was 245.47 million baht, an increase of 39.82 million baht or 19.39%YoY. The increase of net profit mainly resulted from an increase in revenue in both Bangkok and Upcountry branches, SSG and Expansion Stores, and Spa Operating in Hotel model branches and expansion of new business unit.

SPA  has approved a dividend payment in cash at the rate of 0.155 baht per share and scheduled to distribute on May 25, 2020.
