MINT Announces the Offering Price for New Ordinary Shares at ฿18.90, Expecting 11% EPS Dilution.


Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) has announced the offering price per share for its newly issued ordinary shares to be at ฿18.90/share with a share allocation ratio of 8.2 existing ordinary shares to 1 new ordinary shares.

 

On June 24, 2020, MINT announced that the period of subscription and payment for new ordinary shares would be from July 17, 2020 to July 23, 2020 for a total volume of 563,293,276 shares at 18.90 Baht per share with a share allocation ratio of 8.2 existing ordinary share to 1 new ordinary shares. The offering price is determined (during June 12, 2020 – June 23, 2020) less a discount of 14.7% to the market price during the eight days period.

 

According to the data compiled by “Kaohoon Online”, the issuance of 563.29 million new ordinary shares will cause an EPS Dilution of 10.9% from its existing 4,619 million shares. In addition, the XR date will be on June 26, 2020.

The adjustment in MINT’s newly issued ordinary shares was lower than what the company previously announced, which was 6.45 existing shares to 1 new ordinary shares. Thus, the newly issued ordinary shares decreased from 716.12 million shares to 563.29 million shares. Nevertheless, MINT still maintained the amount of MINT-W7 for 313 million shares at a ratio of 17:1.
