PTT Offers a Dividend of Bt0.82 with an Ex-Dividend Date on March 4

On February 18, 2021, the Board of Director of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) approved the resolution to pay a dividend of ฿0.82/share on April 30, 2021. The ex-dividend date is March 4, 2021.

The announcement came after PTT announced its 2020 earnings of 37,765 million baht, decreased 59.37% from a net profit of 92,950 million baht in 2019. The decrease was in line with the decline of EBITDA and higher depreciation and amortization expenses mainly from Exploration and Production business and Technology and Engineering business due to the business acquisition as aforementioned.
