Thailand Shortens Quarantine Period to 10 Days Starting April 1

Thailand’s Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) on March 19 approved shortening mandatory quarantine period for foreign visitors to 10 days from next month, but extending the emergency decree for the eleventh time until May, 2021.

The quarantine will reduce from two weeks to 10 days starting April 1, and for vaccinated travelers, they will be requested to quarantine for only 7days. The relaxation is an effort to support the worst-hit tourism sector and economic recovery.
