AirAsia Announces Temporary Hibernation of Domestic Flights on 12-31 July

AirAsia Thailand announced a temporary hibernation of its domestic flights during 12-31 July to support the Thai government in curbing Covid-19 cases.


AirAsia Thailand, a subsidiary of Asia Aviation Public Company Limited (AAV), has announced a temporary hibernation of its domestic flights starting 12 July 2021 until 31 July 2021 in support of the containment efforts by the government of Thailand.

 

AirAsia stated that in view of the current COVID-19 situation in Thailand, AirAsia Thailand (flight code FD) announced the temporary hibernation of its scheduled domestic commercial flight operations starting 12 July 2021 until 31 July 2021, in support of the containment efforts by the government of Thailand.

Guests affected by flight cancellations will receive an email or SMS directly detailing their available options. Guests may use the AI chatbot AVA available on support.airasia.com, airasia.com to make their preferred alternate travel option by following the steps below:
