ILINK Joins AIT for THB531 Million Construction Contract of 3 Power Stations
ILINK and AIT in a joint venture signed a 531 million baht construction contract of 3 power stations.
Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (ILINK) has announced that the company has joined with Advanced Information Technology PCL (AIT), under the name of “INTERLINK and AIT CONSORTIUM” to sign the Contract for Construction of 3 Power Stations according to the Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, Phase 1 made via e-bidding No. C.CST. 040/2564 on July 30, 2021 with the Provincial Electricity Authority.
INTERLINK and AIT CONSORTIUM will work on the construction of three power stations according to the Transmission and Distribution System Development Project, Phase 1. The contract value is 531,700,000 baht whereas ILINK will recognize 366,032,060 baht from the revenue sharing, representing a share proportion of nearly 69% of the project.
