Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) announced the resolutions of the Executive Committee’s Meeting held on Thursday 28 October 2021, regarding the establishment of a new subsidiary company namely Kamala Bay Holding Co., Ltd. to operate a property development business, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht, consisting of 10,000 ordinary shares at par value of 100 Baht.
