Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) with an IAA consensus target price at ฿17.10/share.
KSS states that SPA’s 3Q19 earnings hit a new high at Bt70m, +48% qoq and +35% yoy, led by higher sales and services revenues amid recovering Chinese tourist arrivals. Earnings will hit new highs again driven by seasonal factors and tourism stimulus measures.
Kasikorn Securities (KS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on BG Container Glass Public Company Limited (BGC) with a target price at ฿14.40/share.
KS states that the price of high sulfur fuel oil (HSFO) fell to a 2.5-year low of US$308/ton, which drove up BGC’s GPM to 15-16% in 4Q19 from 14.9% in 3Q19, as the cost of natural gas (30% of total cost) is related to the price of HSFO.
