BGRIM Advances S.Korea Power Plant, Investing ฿10M. for New Subsidiary in Korea

BGRIM establishes a new subsidiary in South Korea, aiming to advance in Korea's energy sector.


The Board of Directors have approved B.GRIMM Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) to establish a new subsidiary, B.Grimm Power (Korea) Limited, in the Republic of Korea with a registered capital of ฿10 million, in which BGRIM will hold 100% stake in this company.

Earlier, Ms. Preeyanat Soontornwata, Chief Executive Officer of B. Grimm Power Public Company Limited, asserted that in achieving the target capacity(5,000 MW by 2022), investment options in wind energy, solar, hydro, and natural gases are being studied and researched with international prospects, for example, in South Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
