ZIGA Set Up New Subsidiary to Conduct Expansion of Franchise Business

Ziga Innovation Public Company Limited (ZIGA) announced that the company has established a new subsidiary namely Ziga FC Company Limited on April 9, 2021 with an objective to conduct expansion of the franchise business. The registered capital was  1,000,000 Baht, divided into 10,000 ordinary shares at par value of 100 Baht per share.
