OR Forms New Subsidiary to Operate Online Automotive Service Business
OR announces the establishment of a new subsidiary to operate business related to online automotive service with the initial registered capital not exceeding THB 106 million.
PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) announced that its Management Committee at the meeting No. 25/2564 on July 20, 2021, has passed the resolution to establish a new subsidiary to operate business related to online automotive service with the initial registered capital not exceeding THB 106 million.
The new subsidiary will be held by Modulus Venture Company Limited (Modulus), a wholly-owned subsidiary of OR, at 100% stake, and it is expected to complete its registration by the third quarter of 2021.
