MAKRO Enters Myanmar to Expand Retail/Wholesale Business
MAKRO has established a new subsidiary in Myanmar to develop retail and wholesale business.
Siam Makro Public Company Limited (MAKRO) has informed the shareholders through the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Makro ROH Company Limited, 100% owned by MAKRO, has set up a new subsidiary, ARO Commercial Company Limited, which registered in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
The new establishment aims at retails and wholesale operator and related businesses with a paid-up capital of $300,000 or approximately 9.8 million baht, using internal generated cash flow as source of fund. Moreover, Makro ROH Company Limited will hold 100% stake in ARO Commercial.
