BGRIM Issues ฿5bln. Green Bonds to Private Placement 10
BGRIM has issued two new Green Bonds for a total of ฿5 billion baht for private placement 10.
B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has issued two new Green Bonds which are ฿1,500 million bond with fixed coupon rate maturity in 2023 and ฿3,500 million bond with fixed coupon rate maturity in 2025 (Green Bonds) in a total amount of ฿5,000 million.
These Debentures are offered through the Private Placement 10 (PP10) on December 20, 2018 which conform to the regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The coupon payment date will be issued semi-annually on June 20 and December 20 each year.
