NPPG Adjusts Its Food Business Structure by Selling “Kitchen Plus” to Its Subsidiary
In order to make faster process in business administration for Kitchen Plus, NPPG has sold it to Mr. Jones International, which is another subsidiary of NPPG.
The Board of Directors of NPPG (Thailand) Public Company Limited (NPPG) has resolved for an approval of NPP Food Incorporation Co., Ltd., NPPG’s subsidiary, to sell assets and franchising rights of Kitchen Plus restaurant to Mr. Jones International Co., Ltd., NPPG holds 99.99% of stake, for a better and faster process in business administration. Also, the Boards have approved a discontinuance on Miyabi restaurant and Mr. Jone’s Orphanage café.
