SCB Optimizes New Management Structure, Moving “Arthid” to CEO with 4 Presidents

SCB has made a new management structure under the SCB transformation program by moving Mr. Arthid Nanthawithaya to CEO and shifting MDs to “team of four presidents”.


The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) has informed that the Board of Directors resolved to develop the Bank into an agile organization through the optimization of the capabilities created under the SCB Transformation program, effective from February 5, 2019.

 

Under the new management structure, the position of President and Chief Executive Officer is changed to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a team of four presidents who are jointly responsible and accountable for the policies, strategies and key decisions of the Bank is appointed.

In this connection, Mr. Orapong Thien-Ngern has tendered his resignation as the Bank’s director, effective from February 5, 2019.

 

In addition, Mr. Arthid Nanthawithaya has been appointed as Director and CEO, while the team of president consists of:

  1. Mr. Orapong Thien-Ngern
  2. Mr. Sarut Ruttanaporn
  3. Mr. Arak Sutivong
  4. Mrs. Apiphan Charoenanusorn
