INGRS Signs 2 Agreements with Korean Partners for Tech Support and ‘COBOT’ Distributor

INGRS has signed two agreements with Korean partners for technical support for the Hyundai expansion project in Indonesia and to become the COBOT (Collaborative Robot) distributor and Systems Integrator.


Ingress Industrial (Thailand) Public Company Limited (INGRS) has informed the investors through the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that the company has entered into two agreements with Korean partners.

 

The first agreement has proceeded through Ingress Industrial (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (IIM), a subsidiary of INGRS, that entered into a technical assistance agreement with Tae Sung Tech Co., Ltd. (TST), based in Ulsan, Korea, which is currently major supplier for stamping and assembly parts Hyundai.

The agreement is to allow IIM to obtain technical support and market assistance from TST to participate in stamping and assembly for the Hyundai expansion project in Indonesia.

 

The second agreement has proceeded through Talent Synergy SDN. BHD. (TSSB), a subsidiary of both IIM and INGRS that entered into a distributorship agreement with Neuromeka Co., Ltd., which is currently a leading company developing and manufacturing of the COBOT (Collaborative Robot) in Korea.

The agreement is for TSSB to become the COBOT (Collaborative Robot) distributor and Systems Integrator for ASEAN, INDIA and GULF countries towards enhancing the implementation of Industry 4.0 especially in the area of autonomous robots.

 

As of 12:13 in Thailand, INGRS gained ฿0.12 or 19.05% to฿ 0.75/share with ฿26 million in value.
