SCC Issues ฿15bln. Debenture with 3.10% Interest Rate to Debenture-Holders and PO
SCC issues a debenture not exceeding 15,000 million baht with 3.10% interest rate to debenture-holders and public offering.
The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC) has submitted a form of an issue of debentures not exceeding 15,000 million baht with four-year maturity date and 3.10% of interest rate to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
SCC will offer the debenture to three types of investors as follows:
- To debenture-holders of SCC’s debentures SCC194A on March 4-7, 2019.
- To debenture-holders of SCC’s debentures on March 25-27, 2019.
- To public offering on March 28-29, 2019.
Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank and Ayudhya Bank will be the underwriter of this debenture. The credit rating for the issued SCC debentures is A+(tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited.
