ITD Soars 7.5% after the Court Ruling of Premchai’s Leopard Poaching Case
The share price of ITD rose 7.48% after the court sentence Premchai for 16 months jail, and later allowed to bail.
On March 19, 2019, the share price of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) closed at ฿2.30/share, rose ฿0.16/share or 7.48% with 96.2 million in value the highest since January 28, 2019. The highest of the day was ฿2.30/share and the lowest was ฿2.14/share.
Today, Thong Pha Phum Provincial Court had passed the sentence to jail Premchai Karnasuta, Managing Director of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) for 16 months without suspended sentence, including a THB 2 million fine over the black leopard poaching case. Later, the court had allowed a bail considering that the defendant does not have intention to flee.
