SUPER Eagerly Announces Its Infras Fund to be on Sale Soon!
On March 14, 2019, Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) has informed the results of the approval of the establishment of the Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand which the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) determined to be able to offer for sale of the investment units of the fund only when the two power plant projects that the Fund will invest in the net income rights have received the relevant licenses completely.
Currently, the two power plant projects have completed the relevant licenses. Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, which is a financial advisor, and BBL Asset Management Company Limited, which is fund management will proceed in the relevant section.
