Administrative Court Awards DTAC with ฿201m in the Interconnection Dispute against TOT!

Reference is made to the lawsuit filed to the Central Administrative Court in Black Case No. 2529/2556 by Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) requesting TOT Public Company Limited (TOT) to pay the interconnection charge to DTAC during 1 November 2011 to 31 July 2013.

Today, the Central Administrative Court rendered a verdict for this case by ordering TOT to pay interconnection charges to DTAC in the amount of 201,476,206.75 baht with 7.5% interest per annum starting from the date of filing up to the date that payment is made in full.

Currently, the verdict is not yet final. Both parties have the right to appeal against the Central Administrative Court’s verdict before the Supreme Administrative Court within the period specified by law.
