RATCH Announces “Yandin Wind Farm” Will Commence in 2020 after Completion of Equity Close

RATCH Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) has reported the progress of its investment in 214 MW Yandin Wind Farm Project, stating that the equity close was completed on October 10, 2019, enabling the first debt drawdown under its project financing arrangements. Construction is underway and the project is expected to commence commercial operation in September 2020 as scheduled.

In addition, RATCH had purchased 70% of common shares and investment units in the 214 MW Yandin Wind Farm Project in the Commonwealth of Australia by RATCH-Australia Corporation Pty Ltd, which is RATCH’s wholly owned indirect subsidiary.
