CPF’s Profit in 2019 Jumps Nearly 20%, Offering a Dividend at ฿0.40/Share.


Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

CPF reported a net profit in 2019 at 18,455 million baht, increased 18.83% when compared to a net profit of 15,531 million baht in 2019. In 2019, CPF had lower total expenses, mainly due to a decrease in the cost of sale of goods from 476 billion baht in 2018 to 456 billion baht in 2019. Meanwhile, the net loss in foreign exchange significantly declined from 203 million baht in 2018 to 10.4 million baht in 2019.

In addition, the Board of Directors of CPF has approved a resolution for a dividend payment to be paid on May 19, 2020, at a value of ฿0.40/share with an ex-dividend date on April 27, 2020.
