Stocks in Focus on April 8, 2020: LH (Kasikorn Securities TP at ฿9.50/share) and BCPG (Krungsri Securities TP at ฿19.80/share).

Kasikorn Securities (KS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Land and Houses Public Company Limited (LH) with a target price at ฿9.50/share.
KS expects LH to report a sales revenue in 1Q20 at 5.6 billion baht, increasing 2.5% YoY but falling 12.1% QoQ, attributed to 20% of LH’s yearly sales target. The linear projects were very popular unlike a low-rise condominium. Thus, recommend “BUY” LH which gives 7.5% dividend yield.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) with a target price at ฿19.80/share.
KSS ranks BCPG as a defensive stock that is trading at only 10x PE vs sector average of 20-30x. BCPG has been paying 5-6% annual dividend yield vs 2% by peers. Growth will be driven by new capacity at Nam San 3A and 3B projects in Vietnam, Swan wind project (270MW) in Laos, and four solar projects (75MW) in Japan.
