Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) with a target price at ฿59.00/share.
KSS stated that EA has a positive sentiment from the launch of MINE Smart Ferry, the first electric ferry service allowed to operate along Chaopraya River. Moreover, EA also plans to produce at least 25 more e-vessels. In addition, the signing of the MOU with three partners to construct two hydropower projects in Laos would drive future growth.
KTB Securities (Thailand) (KTBST) has given a “BUY” recommendation on BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) with a target price at ฿21.50/share.
KTBST stated that the 2Q20 would be the lowest point for BCPG due to FX loss and drought, but the business would rebound outstandingly in 3Q20 on the seasonal water inflow. KTBST also expected BCPG to announce a new power plant project in Laos in 2H20 after an international flight returned to normal. The new project is expected to be a wind or water plant with a capacity of 600MW.
