SET Announces 1.3Bn Shares of VGI’s Big Lot Transactions Worth ฿7.8Bn!

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has reported big lot transactions in the morning session, showing a total of 1.3 billion shares of VGI Public Company Limited (VGI) in the list.

According to the data from SET, there were 27 transactions of VGI shares for a total of 709,210,400 shares at an average price of ฿6.00/share. Meanwhile, there were also 9 transactions of VGI-F for a total of 590,789,600 shares at an average price of ฿6.00/share. Both combined a total value of 7.8 billion baht, representing 15.1% of VGI’s ordinary shares.

The official report from SET came after the news report of “Kaohoon Online” last night, stating that Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS), offered 1.3 billion shares in VGI Public Company Limited (VGI) to a company related to power-generation business and a company operating in duty-free.
