GGC Commences the COD of Refined Glycerine Plant 2 with Capacity of 20,000 Tons P.A.
Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited (GGC) announced that the Refined Glycerine Plant 2 project which is located at Thai Eastern Industrial Land, Amphoe Nong Yai, Chonburi has commenced the commercial operation on December 1, 2020, with nameplate capacity 20,000 tons per year.
The Refined Glycerine is made by refining Crude Glycerine which is a major byproduct in the manufacturing process of Methyl Ester. It is commonly used as an ingredient in pharmaceutical, food and personal care product industries.
