SA Off to a Good Start with a Gain of 37% to ฿7.55 after Reporting 20-Fold Profit in 3Q20.
Siamese Asset Public Company Limited (SA) kicked off its first trading day with a gain of ฿2.05/share or 37.2% to ฿7.55/share.
SA reported a net profit of 191 million baht in 3Q20, increased 2,033% when compared to a net profit of 8.9 million baht in 3Q19. Meanwhile, the company reported a net profit of 194 million baht for its 9M period in 2020, decreased 43.58% compared to a net profit of 344 million baht in the same period last year.
In 3Q20, SA recorded total revenue was 1,330.7 million baht, increased 172% from the same period of last year mainly due to the transfer of condominium in Ramada Plaza Residence project and Wyndham Garden Residence project. The total revenue from sale of real estate was 1,274.3 million baht, increased 95.8%.
The company develops residential real estate for sales, including condominiums, houses, townhomes and home offices, and offers juristic person management service for the company’s projects.
