SPALI Expects a New High Earnings-Revenue in 2021, Targeting Sales to Grow 9% to ฿27Bn


SPALI” expressed confidence that its revenue and net profit will make a new high in 2021 as the company had a current backlog as high as 37,564 million baht, targeting sales to grow 9% this year to 27,000 million baht. Also, aiming to start 31 new projects worth 34,000 million baht, mainly focusing on horizontal projects.

 

Mr. Tritecha Tangmatitham, Managing Director or Supalai Public Company Limited (SPALI), said that the company will continue to grow this year which would lead to a new high of revenue and earnings. SPALI also targeted to book a total revenue of 28,000 million baht in 2021, up from an expectation of 24,000 million baht in 2020 as the backlog will begin to transfer. 

 

As of the end of December 2020, SPALI had a backlog of 27,564 million baht and will book the revenue in 2021 of approx. 16,192 million baht, while the rest will be recognized later until 2024.  

 

SPALI has three finished condominium projects this year worth 14,290 million baht, which already had a sales rate of nearly 90%. 

 

He added that for the year 2021, SPALI targeted the presale of 27,000 million baht, an increase of 9% YoY, expecting to be driven by a contribution of 37% from provincial sales volume, representing the amount of 10,000 million baht. The company also had a plan to launch 31 new projects worth 34,000 million baht comprised 27 horizontal projects and 4 condominium projects.
