ILINK’s Efficient Cost Management Results in a 17% Increase in 2Q21 Earnings

Due to its efficient cost management in 2Q21, ILINK recorded an increase in net profit by 17% to 81 million baht.


Interlink Communication Public Company Limited (ILINK) announced its 2Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

ILINK reported a net profit of 81.54 million baht in 2Q21, increased 17.79% from a net profit of 69.23 million baht. The increase was mainly due to the company’s efficient project cost management of the engineering business. Together with the cost of sales and services, administrative expenses, and financial cost decreased by 2.48%, 5.61% and 3.86%, respectively

 

Total revenues of ILINK in 2Q21 was 1,187.59 million baht, a decrease of 5.80% compared to 1,260.76 million baht in 2Q20. The decrease in total revenues was the result from the decline of engineering revenue  as its nature of business is to recognize revenues based on the percentage of work completion that varies over  time as shown in the table below.
