BCPG Announces Interim Dividend Payment for Its 6-Month Business Performance

BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG) announced the interim dividend payment at the rate of 0.16 baht per share, with XD (Exclude Dividend) sign posted on September 7, 2021 and dividend payment date set for September 17, 2021.

The company’s Board of Directors meeting on August 24, 2021 approved the interim dividend payment to the shareholders from the company’s business performance in the first half of 2021 at the rate of 0.16 baht per share, which is equal to approximately THB 434 million or 40% of total net profit.

The Record Date whereby the list of shareholders who are entitled to dividend payment is set for September 8, 2021. The XD (Exclude Dividend) sign will be posted on September 7, 2021 and the dividend payment date is scheduled for September 17, 2021.
