TTCL Jumps 11% after Acquiring a ฿2Bn Waste to Energy Power Plant Project in Vietnam

The share price of TTCL Public Company Limited (TTCL) rose ฿0.50/share or 11.26% to ฿4.94/share as of 12:16 local time in Thailand, with a trading value of 242 million baht.
TTCL today (September 13) announced through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company and one of TTCL’s subsidiaries, TTCL Vietnam Corporation Limited (TVC), have received a letter of intent for a construction project in Vietnam – Waste to Energy Power Plant Project in Municipal Solid Waste to Energy in Bac Ninh. The contract value is USD 60 million (Approx. THB 2,000 million).
Scope of work is engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Project period is approx. 24 months.
