SPA to Open 2 New “Let’s Relax” Spa–Massage Brands in Bangkok and Chonburi

Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) announced that the company will open Spa-Massage in two hotels as follows:

1.On March 1, 2021, Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) has entered into the Memorandum of Agreement with Veranda Beach Pattaya Company Limited, whom is non-related entity, in which the company will operate business for spa and massage in the Veranda Resort Pattaya Na Jomtien – Mgallery, Chonburi Province, under “Let’s Relax” brand for the period of 3 years with 1 renewal time and term of 3 years per time. This branch is scheduled to open on October 15, 2021.

2.On February 14, 2020, Siam Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) has entered into a Profit Sharing Agreement with the Platinum Group Public Company Limited, whom is non-related entity, in which the company will run business for spa and massage in Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam Hotel, Bangkok, under “Let’s Relax” brand for the period of 3 years and such agreement may be renewed or extended as the parties may agree. This branch is scheduled to open on November 1, 2021.
