Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has announced a termination of new subsidiaries in Russia as conditions have not been fulfilled.
The announcement has been made regarding the acquisition of new subsidiaries in Russia (Limited Liability Company BiltOil or BiltOil LLC.) according to the letter No. Bor Mor Jor. Jor Por Or. 034/2021, dated May 17, 2021. As the process upon conditions precedent specified in the Framework Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Participation Interest have not been fulfilled on or before the specified date, such agreement has therefore ceased to have effect and the acquisition has been terminated.
