MINT Completes the Takeover by Holding 94% of NH Hotel’s Shares
After months of share purchasing, MINT finally takeover NH Hotel, hold 94.1% of its shares.
Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) has announced an update on the takeover of NH Hotel Group according to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2018 that had resolved to approve for the investment in shares in NH Hotel Group, S.A. by way of launching a Takeover Bid and a block share acquisition.
The Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has authorized the Takeover Bid and announced for the Bid acceptance period which commenced on October 8, 2018 and ended on October 22, 2018. MINT has inform that it has completed the Takeover Bid and secured a total of 369,165,609 shares of NH Hotel Group, S.A., representing 94.1% of its share capital.
