SET Drops Below 1,300 in a Very Fluctuating Session over Virus Concerns and Political Issues.


SET Index dropped 10.93 points or 0.84% to 1,297.74 points at the opening bell, causing the index to plunge lower than the important resistance level at 1,300 points on Thursday.

 

Finansia Syrus expected a technical rebound within 1,320 points in today’s session, but the ongoing negative sentiment such as the Fed’s concerns on the economy, the new coronavirus case in Thailand and the political issues.

The movement in the Thai stock market remained fluctuating in the morning session. The index bounced back to slightly above the 1,300 level briefly before dropping to 1,300 flat on 10:15.
