Glow SPP1

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has announced that its subsidiary has sold 25% of total shares in Glow SPP1 to Asia Industrial Estate Company Limited for a total sale price of THB 825,000,000. BGRIM has recognised the importance of having a potential business partner to enhance BGRIM's competitiveness in the Map Ta Phut area, which leads to the decision on December 24 for B.Grimm Power Service (Laem Chabang) Limited, a subsidiary of BGRIM which acquired 100% shares in Glow SPP1 Company Limited (Glow SPP1) on March 13, 2019, and has been operating Glow SPP1 Power Plant in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut) Rayong Province, to successfully sold 25% of total shares in Glow SPP1 to Asia Industrial Estate Company Limited for a total sale price of THB 825,000,000. This transaction was approved by the Board of Directors No. 9/2019 held on 13 August 2019.
