The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of T Engineering Corporation Public Company Limited (T) No. 1/2021, held on October 12, 2021, passed a resolution to approve the issuance of new ordinary shares of the company for offering via private placement to new investors, as well as change the company name to “PSG Corporation Public Company Limited” (PSG). The company received payment in full for the newly issued shares on October 27, 2021. The change of registered and paid-up capital as well as the Company name have been registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. The company’s Board of Directors Meetings, held on October 27, 2021, resolved to approve the change of the Board of Directors and the Company's management in line with the change in major shareholders. The new Board of Directors consists of 10 members in total. The new management team is led by Dr. Chaiyod Chirabowornkul, who holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. The offering of the company's newly issued ordinary shares on a private placement basis will increase the liquidity of the company, as well as enhance its potential and competitiveness in bidding for new construction projects with higher project values in the future. After the completion of the capital increase transaction, the company will continue to operate in the construction sector, with a team of knowledgeable professionals experienced in the construction of factories, warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, residential buildings as well as installation of mechanical and electrical systems. The existing team coupled with capital and business opportunities brought about by the new shareholders, will result in a positive impact to the company's performance in the future.
