BGRIM’s Big Plan to Acquire 80% Stake of Vietnam Solar Power Plant for Fast Profit

A source from energy section revealed to Kaohoon Online that B.GRIMM Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) is currently preparing to sign an agreement to acquire 80% stake with an alliance company in Vietnam, which owns a solar power plant (Phu Yen Project) in Phu Yen province, Vietnam.

The power plant has 215MW in production capacity, while the COD has been set at the end of second quarter of 2019. This investment would cost around 35 million USD, or 1 billion baht (1 USD = 30 THB) in estimation.
